Otasco Flying O Qualifier 5 The bike is all original, and came from the original owner, who could not remember the year of this one. It has two shift levers on the console, one is for the Shimano gears and the other is a rear brake.

5 speed Shimano ark Derailer, 24 x 1 3/8 on the frontand a 24 x 1 3/4 on the rear. Both brakes are mounted onthe back wheel. This bike was retailed by Sears in the 69/70 time frame. The red shifter handle is wrong, itshould be a white plastic T shaped piece.
