1985 Cignal Talon Cignal Road Series (model: Talon). This is from the higher-end of the now-defunct Cignal bicycle company. TIG-welded steel frame (lightweight). From mid-80~s to early 90~s (guesstimate). Original equipment was Shimano 600 and Exage. Shown here restored with Campagnolo throughout.
