1971 Schwinn Racer 1971 schwinn racer, blue in color , 3 speed, has generator -front and rear lights. bike had been stored in a shed for years because of misinformation about tire size. was found after it had set in the trash in frount or owners house. bike was given to me -for the asking! i took this picture one month later - after new tires and tubes,also a new chain. my name is noah , thank you! oldroads.com !!!

Early Huffy Rail Characteristics
1. Early Huffy Headbadge
2. Small oval Huffy seat post decal.
3. Black Troxel banana seat with silver piping around the bottom edge.
4. Wider front tire (20 x 1.75). Not the thinner 20 x 1 3/8 like on later Rails.
5. Plastic spoke protector.
6. Shifter welded to the frame.
7. Two long decals on the frame on each side of the shifter rather than the chromed plastic “Control Console” over the shifter used in later Rail models.
8. Different handlebars bent more outward than later Rail Handlebars.
9. Regular white glitter grips, Not form fitting Huffy grips like on the later Rail models.

1978 Raleigh Rampar hello,,try as i may to find a bike like mine in your many files,,,i couldnt,,its a raleigh 10 speed 27 ins wheels,and its called a rampar,60s? 70s?,all i found was 20 inch bikes with that name,,id like to find the serial number,,but dont know where it is,,to find out the year and approximate value...ok thanks!

This should be viewed in conjunction with the oil-filler pictures, since it shows the internal arrangements which allow the oilbath to remain oiltight in operation, yet capable of being filled and emptied through the same hole at the rear.

1957 Raleigh roadster Made in Nottingham, England. All original and complete and in very good condition. FOUR SPEED Sturmey-Archer FG rear hub with built Dynohub generator. 28 inch wheels, rod brakes, enclosed chaincase. Original sales slip (sold for $50.95 on July 5th, 1957) and owner~s manual. Saddlebag has the original tools. All lighting works. Leather Brooks B73 (yes, B73) saddle. Perfect chrome. Very good paint with scratches on the top tube (from brake levers) and shallow dent in the chaincase. 24 inch frame, measured along the seat tube. Locking fork (no key). Saddle bag, battery tube and frame pump are all the same green color as the rest of the cycle. The original hand grips have deteriorated. Lucas bell. 28 x 1 1/2 inch Dunlop Tourist Sprite tires in great condition. Rides, shifts and brakes well. Purchased from original owner who says he rode it for 2 seasons and did nothing but polish it for the next 40 years.

1987 Dyno Roadster 1995 Dyno Roadster. I know it~s not a classic but they don~t make em anymore so who knows....I started off with just a frame and spent months chasing parts. May still add fenders but kinda like the looks of it now.
