1970 Raleigh When we moved to a new home the former owner of the house left a piece of junk in our backyard. It is an old Raleigh bicycle with the license plate dated 1979-1980. I am not sure the real make and model for this bicycle. I am planning to do some restorations and I need your comments on this. I think this bicycle is good for photography as props and for classic films.
(Note the front dynohub, locking fork and butterfly kickstand [ed.])

1931 - 1940 Hawthorne I just purchased this Hawthorne bike. It has a badge on the front that says Hawthorne at the top and Montgomery Ward on the Bottom. In the middle of that writing there is a crest with an 'M' and a 'W' diagonally positioned and Corwns with a lightining bolt through them also diagonally positioned. Someone painted the whole bike and badge red and it I see dark green paint under the chips. The handle bars say Western Flyer. If anyone knows anything about the year or what is missing I would love to know.

1931 - 1940 Windsor very old road bike (1900 - 1930?) and was hoping to find out its aproximate age. It is black with the name Windsor painted beautifully all over it and ornate lugwork. the wheels are steel rimmed with a 3spd x 1spd flip hub(light vew, I think) on the rear. tyres are Michelin World Tour 32-630 (27 x 1 1/4.)Inscribed on the gears at the rear is 'Merveille Marquee Derosee made in France. the brakes are M something Speedoler and are odd looking sidepulls. many of the parts in shape seem to be from around the 1920's. any information would be greatly apreciated, I also have other photo's available on request

1952 Hercules There are many special things in this bicycle. This Hercules has a dual bar to offer a higher level of safety and ruggedness. It comes with a Hercules 3-speed gearbox much like the Sturmey-Archer. Notice the weight balancing special brass bumper in the front of the bicycle. There is also a unique Hercules wing logo on the front mudguard. The seat is an original leather Brookes, made in India. The seat spring tension is perfect for a really smooth ride - something a rider will not forget about this bicycle.
